Lamborghini People: Paintshop and interdepartmental teamwork

Francesco took his Management Engineering degree from the University of Rome Tor Vergata and then developed a passion for the automotive industry following his studies when he approached the world of metalworking and mechanical engineering.

He has been working at Lamborghini for seven years. After serving as a member of the composite materials industrial team, today he is head of the Painting team. Francesco took part in launching the Paintshop, a system featuring innovative painting technologies for the Urus model. It is a highly complex project that was completed thanks to an interdepartmental and international team that made the job even more stimulating.

The key concept of Francesco’s job is efficiency in getting results through the tools available and teamwork.
